Low Carbon South East Europe

The LOCSEE (Low Carbon South East Europe) project aims to build the capacities of public and other institutions dealing with climate change, and to strengthen the involvement of key stakeholders in policy development across the SEE region.

The two-year project was launched in December 2012. It is co-funded by the South East Europe Transnational Cooperation Programme, which aims to improve the territorial, economic and social integration process in SEE.

The project is led by the European Academy of Bolzano/Accademia Europea Bolzano (EURAC).
